I specialise in offering trauma-informed counselling for adults who are experiencing the lasting effects of childhood trauma, or growing up in a difficult or emotionally unsafe environment.
You may have had a childhood where your emotional needs were not fully met. You might find yourself people-pleasing, overthinking, or struggling to feel good enough. Therapy can help you understand how your past is affecting your present, enabling you to reconnect with your inner sense of safety, self-worth and resilience.
Whatever age you are now, you deserve to feel safe, valued and understood and together we can gently explore the experiences that shaped you.

50 minute in person sessions in Littlehampton, West Sussex - £50 per session
50 minute online sessions from anywhere in the UK - £45 per session
As well as specialising in childhood trauma and inner child work, I am able to work with many challenges including depression, anxiety and grief to name a few. Counselling does not necessarily have to be about mental health challenges, if you looking to make changes in your life I can provide a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your worries, challenges and any changes you would like to make.
Online counselling & in-person sessions
I can provide online counselling sessions, enabling you to connect with me online from the comfort of your own home from anywhere in the UK. Or you can attend in-person sessions which will take place in a comfortable, confidential space in Littlehampton, West Sussex.
