I offer 50 minute sessions online or In person (in Littlehampton). I usually suggest that for the first six weeks you have weekly sessions (which can be paid for as a bundle if you prefer, making it slightly cheaper - see fees page) and after that you can either continue with weekly sessions or move to fortnightly sessions if you feel that works better for you and makes it more affordable.

I work with adults and young people over the age of 15.

If I feel that I am not the best fit for your particular needs I will let you know during the initial free 20 minute consultation and will make suggestions as to where there may be a better solution for you.  

• Contact me by email with a brief explanation of why you are reaching out and I will get back to you to arrange an online or telephone consultation (express your preference in your email).
• We will decide together if counselling with me will suit your needs.
• If you wish to go ahead, we will set a date and time for your weekly slot (either online or In Person) and arrange our first session together.
• I will send you a couple of forms to complete along with a copy of my contract which we will then go through during the first session, you can ask questions and decide what outcomes you would like to achieve from our work together.
• The sessions are open ended so you can decide how many you feel are appropriate, either weekly or fortnightly. We will carry out regular reviews together as you progress.
